"Extensive experience in North American residential subdivision planning and construction"

Background history

Sealand Housing Corporation is a member company of the Drew-son Capital Group of Companies formed in North America over 35 years ago. Business interests span three continents and range from residential property development and management, to subdivision construction and high—rise concrete forming, to cement manufacturing. Sealand is a registered company which conducts business in the U.S.A. (Delaware), Canada, Australia, China, South Korea, India, the Philippines, and Hong Kong.

Sealand has been in Asia since 1988 specializing in the development and implementation of the concept of fully integrated expatriate residential communities. These form the basis of what is known as the "Links Community Concept". Not only does "links" refer to the style of golf course within which our communities can be found, but it also refers to the economic, technological, and cultural "links" that such communities foster. At a "Links Community", east and west come together to create an engine for economic growth that helps to fuel the emerging market economy.
